In the aftermath of the political earthquake that occurred in the 2020 election, there was a surge in the number of Christian, conservative, and patriot activist organizations that rallied to the real clear and present danger to the Republic and responded to the threat to America’s system of electing public officials. However, prior to such turbulent times, over a decade ago, a group of volunteers at the assroots level organized to take action against what they already witnessed in California. These patriots formulated a non-profit public benefit corporation committed to defend through education, research, and advocacy the civil rights of all U.S. citizens to fully participate in the election process under Federal and state law. The Election Integrity Project®California (EIPCa) believes that the electoral process is the cornerstone of self-governance and the preservation of our Constitutional Republic.
EIPCa still persists today. Last year the organization was awarded standing by the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals in a lawsuit EIPCa filed challenging California’s unconstitutional Election Laws and Emergency Regulations. Since 2020, several organizations and individual efforts were not granted standing for their election related lawsuits. However, on November 21, 2022 the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that EIPCa established standing to pursue their lawsuit. It was a decision that remanded the EIPCa complaint back to the lower federal court for discovery, which is the next phase of the litigation. EIPCa still persists onward with their complaint.

In 2017, EIPCa issued a findings report regarding the deplorable condition of California’s voter rolls and its complete defiance of federal law with respect to voter roll maintenance. Attorneys at Judicial Watch read that report and contacted EIPCa, eventually offering to prosecute the case on our behalf. The suit was filed in April, 2017, and settled in January, 2019. According to the terms of the settlement agreement, Los Angeles County agreed to remove from the inactive voter list those meeting the federal requirements, approximately 1.6 million in number.
The county also agreed to initiate the federally mandated process of sending inquiries to voters on the active list whose voting inactivity indicated the possibility that they had moved or became deceased, and to continue to move those who are non-responsive to the inactive list and to cancel their registrations when appropriate according to the federal process.
Over 12 years of EIPCa research indicates that California’s election laws, regulations, policies and procedures have weakened or removed integrity from the election process in the state. It is likely that such procedures are occurring in other states right under the noses of good citizens.
Vigilance and verification of corrupt policies and procedures used to conduct elections is a way that all Americans can come to the aid of their country.
EIPCa focuses on the voting process, so that every lawfully cast vote is accurately counted for the sake of all of the citizens. Thus, EIPCa is a non-partisan organization and does not participate in political campaigns, nor will it endorse any candidate for public office. The prime cause EIPCa is fighting for is the establishment of fair, honest, legal, and transparent elections, not the illusion of elections.
A long, long time ago, patriots from around the nearby countryside rallied to assist a rag-tag band of men and boys who stood up to the tyrants that were oppressing them. As a result, a nation was born. Now, a band of regular citizen volunteers are standing up against the tyranny in California, and the call is going out to fellow Americans to help in this fight. EIPCa needs help. EIPCa represents only volunteers who are doing all of this. It is not some big corporate entity in which anyone is making money off of such an effort. All are volunteers, and they need to pay for the court proceedings and the audits that will eventually come from the discovery phase of this lawsuit as well as another lawsuit that is proceeding simultaneously against Ventura County.
