This past Sunday, the LightWing Messages focused attention on this day of remembrance of America’s Birthday, which wasn’t the day the nation was born as rumor has it implanted in the collective memory. But, it is a day of celebration because it is the day the notion of a new nation was conceived – conceived in Liberty as Lincoln reminded us in his Gettysburg Address.
So, today is the day the citizens of the United States, true Americans, will celebrate this birthday of our nation. And it is a good thing to celebrate a nation dedicated to Freedom as opposed to a nation dedicated to the occupation of another people’s territory, or as opposed to a nation in pursuit of the domination of the entire populace of the world.
It is a good day to display the colors of Old Glory, but it is also a day to display one’s true colors that declare what one truly believes. Despite the anemic understanding of the people who have been basically indoctrinated by secular humanist narratives of our history, and despite those in our nation who’ve been brainwashed by the mental pollution and propaganda of the mainstream media, there are still Americans who love the nation.
Despite the limited perspective that the Stars and Stripes is the flag of the U.S. government, the genuine meaning behind our nation’s flag is that it is, and always has been a symbol of “We the People” standing for and defending Freedom itself. And, the people who love the flag display their true colors by their love for our people and a love for Freedom, not necessarily any affection lost on an unresponsive, unrepentant, and oppressive government.
On this Independence Day, however, it may be important to realize that it is no longer enough to display our true colors with only symbols. Symbols are mainly expressions of unexpressed sentiments being used in place of words revealing what one really believes. Of course, people can deceive others through mere symbols, and symbols do not always portray what people truly believe because they do not mean for one what they mean for another.
On this Independence Day, it may be important to do a gut check and look more closely inside our mental backpack of beliefs. I believe it would be prudent that in the midst of the festivities this year that citizens would pause to think about the genuine value of Freedom, and how much they would want to preserve it for their kids and grandkids, if not for each other.
Our Father in Heaven inspired the Founding Fathers to lay the foundation for a new nation that was conceived in Liberty and dedicated to the fundamental concept that our rights come from Him. Yet, here we are, so many decades down the road from that noble struggle for freedom, and there are many among us with the name of being American, yet they do not share that understanding, and many have an opposite worldview. It is for us, those who love America as a Land of the Free, to advance Freedom – it is our turn.
We offer two articles in this edition, and the first is titled: “Re-affirming Self-Evident Truths on Independence Day - 2024.” I wrote this article the other day after reflecting about the nation and where it is headed at this point. The true owners of the Republic have a choice – to bitch and moan about the loss of Freedom, or to get up off their proverbial couches and get on their knees to seek God’s guidance in preserving the Republic. Then, Americans would be wise to heed His guidance and His call to action.
The second article we feature today is from Jack Gleason, who wrote about a nationwide effort to positively and substantially affect the outcome of the 2024 election. This is also the subject of one of the videos we offer as Steve Bannon (before he reported to prison) interviewed attorney Bruce Castor, Jr. as well as Marly Hornik of United Sovereign Americans about the lawsuit that Castor recently filed in Pennsylvania demanding fair, honest and valid elections.
The Coalition for a Principled Republic exists as a grassroots alliance, or association of groups of patriots connected via common lines of communication and shared information and focused on promoting cooperative action on vital projects with organizations seeking to retain a Republic rooted in the shared ideals, principles, and values of our Judeo- Christian heritage. Divided the Republic could falter; but United, the “We the People” will stand!

Re-affirming Self-Evident Truths on Independence Day - 2024

As we celebrate our nation’s 248th birthday, true citizens of the United States, genuine Americans, may want to re-assess whether they still hold onto the self-evident truths that the Founders grasped in their time when they laid the foundation of the nation upon self-evident truths proclaimed in the Declaration of Independence. Today’s lack of clarity concerning what Americans truly believe may be a central reason that America is facing an existential crisis in 2024. If citizens no longer believe in obvious truths, which Jefferson originally declared sacred and divine, there is little sense of the original purpose for the nation’s continued existence.
I submit that one item on the agenda for Independence Day should be to truly conduct an internal inventory to determine what one is willing to promote or defend in this presidential election year. And, to be completely honest, it goes beyond whether one candidate is senile, or another is bombastic. Each of these candidates (the ‘jury’ is still out on whether Biden will be the chosen candidate of the Democrats) represent a political party, and the political party represents an agenda to be used to direct the nation. Sometimes agendas are not always transparent to the public, or an agenda deceives the populace in order to gain votes and official positions. An agenda of deceit can have serious adverse consequences for millions and millions of people.
The events of the previous years in which a previous POTUS was the target of a pre-planned political witch hunt to eliminate his participation in the presidential elections is absolutely alien to the Land of the Free, if one uses the Declaration of Independence and the U.S. Constitution as standards of measurement to determine whether government officials are in pursuit of Freedom or in pursuit of their personal or political fame, money, or power.
The events of the previous months in which friends and allies of the previous POTUS have been politically targeted for standing in support of him are absolutely Stalin-esque, or reminiscent of Mao getting rid of the enemies of the CCP. They are opposite of fundamental American values.
The events of the previous weeks in which a number of allegations and charges against President Trump have dissolved or have been voided is indicative of the egregious injustice of one political party against another to the highest degree. Weaponization of America's system of justice, which is morphing into a system of injustice, reverses the concept of “innocent until PROVEN guilty.” The mainstream media has aided and abetted this injustice system via “trial by media,” in order to taint, or marginalize anyone who speaks up or speaks out against the agenda of the criminal political cabal attempting to establish dominion over the USA.
The ‘debate’ of last week, specifically the premature nature of this event in the context of the 2024 presidential election, was most unusual in so many ways that citizens across the nation may still wonder how Joe Biden could handle the nation if he could do so poorly handling the brief interchange with Donald Trump. One noteworthy fact as a backdrop to the unusual reality was that the Republican candidate did not even show up to the debates with the other GOP candidates in the early stages of the election season. And, the Democrat candidate may not have showed up to that debate last week – although he was physically present…
As Americans celebrate the nation’s birthday, the aftershocks from this event are still stirring up a great deal of fallout that will have serious implications or consequences, not only for this year’s election, but for the future course of America into the new millennium. However, the existential crisis our nation is facing in 2024 is not limited to the two individuals intending to represent their respective political parties in their run for POTUS. It also includes, and always has included, the will of the people. And, that has a great deal to do with whether or not “We the People” still hold onto the self-evident truths that the founding generation embraced at the birth of our nation. If citizens cannot hold onto the self-evident truths, Americans are not entitled to the freedoms that others were willing to sacrifice for when their turn came to keep the flame of freedom burning brightly.
Ronald Reagan was referring to this same perspective when he gave a nomination speech for Barry Goldwater for POTUS in 1964. Yet, 2024, more than any other election year in the history of our nation, represents that time of ‘choosing’ that Ronald Reagan referred to nearly 60 years ago. The debate and this year’s election maneuvering between the two parties has revealed the most blatant contrast in visions for the future for America as offered by the two political parties.
American citizens must choose whether they hold to the self-evident truths of equality under the law, rather than a double standard as evidenced today.
American citizens must choose whether they believe in equal justice under the law, or whether crimes can be assigned to those the party in power wishes to prosecute.
American citizens must choose whether “We the People” are the recipients of inalienable rights from God, or whether they can be arbitrarily given and removed by the power of petty men and women who relish power over principle.
American citizens must choose whether their government should uphold and protect life and liberty as rights given to us by God almighty, or whether the polluted minds of men and women can take such life and liberty away in arbitrary decisions justified by corrupted ideological premises.
American citizens must choose whether their government should condone, approve and promote the pursuit of selfish and immoral pleasures, or whether the people’s government should promote the pursuit of happiness rooted in public virtue.
While the choice between the candidates provides an incredibly clear contrast in America’s future moving into this millennium, it is up to the people to make the decisions of what they favor. However, the will of the people can be, and has been, manipulated in numerous ways through unscrupulous political operatives who have little regard for the principles established by the Bill of Rights of the U.S. Constitution. Additionally, the will of the people can be ignored by immoral and unethical political operatives who see no value in the values embedded in the Declaration of Independence. This reality cannot be changed by the wave of a “magic wand” by anyone waiting for such “divine intervention.” Waiting will not enable keeping the Republic.
Reality can change in 2024, first through individuals looking sincerely into their mirror each day and honestly asking themselves what they truly believe in that would prompt them to take action to promote or protect that belief or set of beliefs. Tragically, over a considerable period of time, American citizens have gradually forfeited their citizenship for material comfort, electronic magic and wizardry, and the pursuit of wealth (as one pathway to happiness) rather than paying much attention to the fundamental principles at the foundation of the nation. Today, it’s no accident the foundations are being shaken. In such a time as this, on such a day as this, American citizens have come to that proverbial fork in the road and the moment that Reagan described as a “time of choosing.”
By the proclamations in our Declaration, it is the right of the people to insist in every way possible that the government derives its just powers from the consent of the people. It is such a time as this, long overdue, that “We the People” determine to reorganize the government of the people, by the people, and for the people once again upon the original Ideals and Principles that are still embedded in the foundations of our nation.
Election Validity Group Files Landmark Lawsuit in Pennsylvania

United Sovereign Americans, Inc., a nonpartisan, all-volunteer election validity advocate group, and two Pennsylvania residents have filed a Writ of Mandamus, directed to Pennsylvania's Secretary of the Commonwealth, the Bureau of Elections, the Bureau of Election Security and Technology, the Department of State, and the state Attorney General.
They have also named Attorney General Merrick Garland and the United States Department of Justice as additional “Respondents.”
They are claiming that the officials named above are not performing their duty to follow existing laws that safeguard our elections.
“A writ of mandamus is a judicial remedy in the English and American common law system consisting of a court order that commands a government official or entity to perform an act it is legally required to perform as part of its official duties, or to refrain from performing an act the law forbids it from doing. Writs of mandamus are usually used in situations where a government official has failed to act as legally required or has taken a legally prohibited action.”
The Petitioners assert, “The Congress of the United States has outlined the minimum standards which must be maintained by every state in order for a federal election to be considered reliable. As outlined below, in Pennsylvania’s 2022 federal election those minimum standards were not met by commonwealth election officials rendering the certified election results that year unreliable. Respondents in their official capacities engaged in insufficient efforts to ensure that the 2022 performance is not repeated in subsequent federal elections beginning in 2024.”
These standards include:
only properly registered voters cast votes
only votes properly cast are counted correctly
all voting systems are compliant with all critical infrastructure requirements and every ballot is correctly and uniformly processed, as well as accurately tabulated and secured
the authenticity of every ballot counted is proven by the maintenance of a comprehensive, unbroken chain of custody from the voter’s hand to the final certified result, and the Commonwealth election officials maintain records of said chain of custody post-election
certification of future elections is understood to be an official act under penalty of perjury.
“The certification by Pennsylvania officials of the 2022 election was done despite the integrity of the election being suspect on account of apparent error rates occurring in that election that exceeded the error rate Congress permits before federal election results cannot be relied upon as accurate, and the Commonwealth did nothing to investigate those apparent errors before certifying the election.”
They cite “the fact that Pennsylvania’s voter registration rolls, contained hundreds of thousands of potential errors at the time of the 2022 General Election… in the form of illegal duplicate registrations, voters with invalid or illogical voter history, voters placed in inactive statuses on questionable authority, backdated registrations, registrations with a modified date prior to registration, invalid or illogical registration dates, age discrepant registrants, and registrants with questionable addresses.”
They conclude, “Such errors jeopardize the validity of elections throughout the Commonwealth, bring doubt as to the accuracy and integrity of the Commonwealth’s currently-in-place voting systems, undermine Pennsylvanian’s collective voting rights, all in violation of existing state and federal election laws.”
These issues have been brought to the attention of the Respondents, “who have done absolutely nothing to address these errors ensuring future elections will suffer from the same deficiencies.”
Individual petitioners include Diane Houser. In 2022, she discovered that her vote was not recorded in Pennsylvania’s Statewide Uniform Registry of Electors (“SURE”) system, even though she had voted in person. She reported numerous issues to authorities and was ignored numerous times.
Dean Dreibelbis observed and reported numerous election issues, apparent errors, loopholes, and discrepancies to authorities and was, each time, ignored.
Although not involved in this action, the Petitioners cite data from Audit The Vote PA, a non-partisan, non-profit organization. Although not a named petitioner, they also uncovered overwhelming evidence of registration problems in the 2020 and 2022 elections. For the 2022 election they found:
54,463 people voted in a county in which they were no longer living; and 8,177 people voted despite not actually living in Pennsylvania;
6,356 people were credited as submitting a mail-in ballot, but did not have any votes credited in Pennsylvania’s SURE system;
69,832 mail ballots were sent to an address unaffiliated with the voter’s registration;
18,589 people requested multiple ballots be sent to multiple addresses, with some people requesting additional ballots to be sent to up to four (4) separate addresses; and
5,492 registrations show as having two votes on record in two separate counties.
They cite Help America Votes Act (HAVA), the 14th Amendment of the United States Constitution, Marbury v. Madison, the National Voter Registration Act (NVRA), and existing Pennsylvania election laws.
The Petitioners are not accusing anyone of election fraud or aiming to overturn any election. Instead, they wish to counter future election irregularities and ensure the rights of Pennsylvania citizens.
United Sovereign Americans peer-reviewed data teams analyzed Pennsylvania’s voter registration data from the 2022 general election and found “hundreds of thousands of voter registration apparent errors in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. These apparent errors were not uniform across Pennsylvania -- some counties had far more registration apparent errors than others.”
Out of 8,755,458 voter registrations, there was a total of 3,192,069 voter registration violations including:
20,097 illegal duplicates, where the same voter has multiple registrations
43,083 illegal or invalid vote history
28,256 backdated registrations
268,493 registrations where the period of active registration conflicts with the registration participation
448,335 invalid or illogical registration dates
633,508 illegal or invalid registration changes
154,913 registrants with questionable address
1,580,750 registrations with records altered after certification
They found 1,198,598 evident voting violations, and 1,089,750 unique votes impacted by apparent voting violations, including:
8,026 illegal duplicates, where the same voter has multiple registrations.
340,266 invalid or illogical registration dates
632,215 illegal or invalid registration changes
59,609 registrants with questionable addresses
138,291 registrants with altered votes after certification
Bruce Castor Jr., the lawyer who took up the case on behalf of United Sovereign Americans, has had a long career in Pennsylvania and has represented clients from Bill Cosby to Rudy Giuliani. He is a former Montgomery County district attorney and county commissioner who briefly served as acting Pennsylvania attorney general in 2016. Perhaps most notably, Castor defended Donald Trump in 2021 during the former president’s second impeachment trial in the U.S. Senate.
Castor said, “Congress set minimum standards for every federal election to be considered reliable… In Pennsylvania’s 2022 federal election those minimum standards were not met by Commonwealth election officials rendering the certified election results that year unreliable. Respondents have engaged in insufficient efforts to ensure that the unreliable 2022 performance is not repeated in subsequent federal elections beginning in 2024.”
The United Sovereign Americans mission is “to guard the validity of elections through education and litigation.” They have representatives in over twenty states analyzing voter databases and preparing legal actions. They recently joined a lawsuit in the state of Maryland, which is working its way through the courts.
