Tuesday Bulletin
FOUNDER’S MESSAGE:
Today is the day (or maybe January 9th) that Thomas Paine published “Common Sense.” In this day, there is a bit of uncertainty about the exact date of its publication – even History.com posts separate dates in two related articles (one is posted in this edition below). Nevertheless, dates of publication are less of a consideration than the content that Paine penned in his time. If one has not read the pamphlet that went viral in 1776, they should. A few years ago, I wrote a brief article entitled: “Thomas Paine’s Common Sense Still Calls to Americans in 2017.” It still holds true nearly six years later.
In the article, I compared the revolutionary fervor that existed in Paine’s time and the fervor he stimulated, to the fervor that the presidential campaign of Donald Trump stirred up not so long ago. His candidacy, and then victory, in the 2016 presidential election shocked the entrenched political establishment of both political persuasions, as well as the mainstream media. I made a comparison between the electric shocks of the shots fired at Lexington and Concord on April 19, 1775 and Paine’s call for independence to the electric shock of Trump’s victory in 2016. Trump’s victory was a defiance of the elites entrenched in power much like Paine’s “Common Sense” was a manifestation of defiance to King George III as the entrenched monarch. In both cases, there followed an awakening of the common people.
Thomas Paine’s “Common Sense” boldly denounced the need for a king, the need for a tiny island country to rule over an entire continent, and outlined the need for a formal document to declare the colonist’s intentions to separate and become independent of Great Britain. The logic Paine proposed can be linked to the specific events that led to the deliberations in the Congress regarding severing ties with the mother country, and led to efforts to create the document that is referred to today as the Declaration of Independence.
Paine wrote:
Independence is the only Bond that can tye and keep us together. We shall then see our object, and our ears will be legally shut against the schemes of an intriguing, as well as a cruel enemy.
Paine was intent upon helping his fellow citizens look beyond their petty differences and artificial divisions that easily crippled a genuine advancement towards the cause that could “begin the world all over again.” In his conclusion he made an impassioned appeal to unity centered upon the greatest cause all mankind should be willing to fight for:
Wherefore, instead of gazing at each other with suspicious or doubtful curiosity, let each of us, hold out to his neighbour the hearty hand of friendship, and unite in drawing a line, which, like an act of oblivion, shall bury in forgetfulness every former dissention. Let the names of Whig and Tory be extinct; and let none other be heard among us, than those of a good citizen, an open and resolute friend, and a virtuous supporter of the RIGHTS of MANKIND and of the FREE and INDEPENDENT STATES of AMERICA.
Certainly, as the nation crosses into this new year, it is a time that demands of Americans that we look at who we really are, and what our nation truly represents in the great scheme of things. Paine’s admonition to the Americans of his time, can also be transferred through time into this period of American history, as it applies to all Americans today. The revolution started in 1776 does still continue in our day! Take time to consider “Common Sense.”
Today, we again have two messages for our Tuesday edition. Our first article is from A. Dru Kristenev, and it delves into the Kevin McCarthy ascent to the Speaker of the House role he just obtained. We also have several additional features dealing with this political dramam which is hopefully able to shine additional light on the proceedings. But the winds of change have swept in a new base of leadership as a result of the elections last year. Time will determine the extent to which that power is used for We the People or for “business as usual.”
Today’s second article is from Ray Di Lorenzo. The Citizen Voice has not featured Lorenzo in some time as out internal network of writers have been consistently cranking our articles, and we have stopped our five article format in the old Thursday edition, which is now history itself.
Lorenzo examines more closely the elitist Globalists in his article, “The Globalist Scourge.” He makes a very emphatic point in that the globalist elites “deserve no place in an enduring institution, Blessed of God, paid for with the blood of heroes.” It provides a sober view of the pervasive enemy to our Republic, as well as all governments aspiring for independence from absolutist, authoritarian dominion from those who deem themselves better than all the rest of humanity. With genuine Communists, the Globalists follow the aspirations of atheistic tyranny.
We hope readers understand that the Citizen Sentinels Network agenda is to help educate as many citizens as possible through the Citizen Voice. We also hope to empower those who have been awakened to take action to retain and restore our Republic. If the perspectives or views of our writers are worthy of others’ attention, please share today’s Citizens Voice with those who may need enlightenment. And, in light of all our aggregates and entries today, it is also our hope that readers would please take to heart what they read through this edition.
Again, we have initiated a way for readers to get more information on topics of real interest. As mentioned in previous editions, the Sunday Citizen Voice edition of LightWing Messages has gone into the Zoom realm. Our initial Zoom calls were held in the last weeks of 2022 and they met our expectations, so we are going forward with the effort in 2023. If there are readers who are interested in receiving the Zoom link to the call, please send an email request to this address: d.jamzon@gmail.com
We’ll have a discussion about the two articles we offered on Sunday: being blessed by God and making virtuous lifelong resolutions. If readers already have these areas of life handled, it may not be of importance; however, if anyone desires to discuss putting habits of goodness into practice in 2023, you just may want to tune in. There are many readers who are already registered and on the list to get the weekly Zoom link. It others are interested in receiving the Zoom link to the call, please send an email request to this address: d.jamzon@gmail.com

Because the speaker stands second-in-line to the presidency behind that of vice president, the officer is expected to be a true statesman. That person must rise above the politics of personal glory
McCarthy installed as Speaker with overtones of 'No Confidence'
By A. Dru Kristenev ——Bio and Archives--January 8, 2023
January 6, 2023 culminated one battle between a small core of constitutionalists and the entrenched congressional establishment on the anniversary of a million unarmed Americans rallying in D.C., whom corporatist media and political adversaries branded “insurrectionists.”
Pressure cooker politics were played out on national television as the “strong six” were inappropriately maligned as “terrorists” by their own party members.
It was a dramatic display of what the representational process is supposed to include – debate and the willingness to stand on one’s principles, which has become a rare occurrence in the Capitol. The legislative process is meant to be exhibited in full view, messy and confrontational at times. Authoritarians negotiating behind closed doors who then force their unvetted, secretive decisions on the body, stripping members of their representational role, is not what the founders intended.
The 15 rounds of votes to install the Speaker of the House were a demonstration of legitimate congressional mechanics. It was a battle line drawn by a few staunch representatives who had pledged to be unmoved by establishment influenced members leaning on them to come to heel.
The six who chose to be “present” essentially placed a vote of “no confidence.” The final vote gave the office to Kevin McCarthy, but it was bestowed with an underlying warning to the new speaker that there are House members who do not trust his motives and will not be deterred from protecting their constituents’ interests.
Twenty dissenters forced the issue of rules changes to return power to the body from the centralized authority that has dominated the House in recent decades. The speaker is being restored to the intended role of implementing the will of the People, not that of a self-driven, lobbyist-beholden, high-handed, autocratic gavel-pounder.
The reason those members of the Freedom Caucus refused to capitulate to the status quo will be realized when the rules change vote is held next week. Considering that McCarthy has reneged on promises in the past, making his word unreliable, the six appeared to stick to their guns as a message of their resolve.
Matt Rosendale, MT, said this regarding the outcome of the election of the Speaker of the House:
“We’ve made tremendous strides in restoring proper order to a Congress that, for generations, sought to serve its citizens instead of itself. Because we took a hard stand, power will be less centralized in House leadership, and individual members will be able to better serve the interests of their constituents.”
Among the rules changes is that of returning to one member being able to bring forward discussion to vacate the seat of Speaker from needing 100 members to make such a call, as was instituted by Nancy Pelosi. It is necessary that whoever holds the speakership be held accountable for their actions, or lack thereof, if they perform in a fashion antagonistic toward the People who empower the office.
Outlining the changes, Scott Perry, PA posted these basics on Saturday:
Southern Border Security Plan; Budget that halts increase in the debt ceiling; Ending all Covid mandates and funding; Select Committee to investigate weaponization of government law enforcement agencies; Term limit vote; 72 hours to read proposed legislation; Single subject bills; and Jeffersonian Motion to vacate the Chair.
Russ Vought, former head of the Office of Management and Budget who, with House members, has crafted plans that balance the budget within seven or 10 years, delved further into the rules changes in this video interview.
Because the speaker stands second-in-line to the presidency behind that of vice president, the officer is expected to be a true statesman. That person must rise above the politics of personal glory or representing their single district to be spokesman for the benefit of America as a whole. This is what the long, arduous week of votes on the House floor worked toward achieving – qualifying that individual to be certain he carries out his duty to the People in good faith.

Values, aspirations of our globalist woke mob are both fleeting, brief. When gone, all that will remain will be a reminder of the millions of lives lost, their ill-gotten power, depravity, ineptitude, moment when people forgot they were Americans
The Globalist Scourge
By Ray DiLorenzo ——Bio and Archives--January 7, 2023
Before the term globalism became popular with those who claim to be smarter than we are, the world was a much happier place. America was America, Europe was Europe. The rest of the world was the rest of the world. People make choices. We expected and loved to vive la différence. It was not a perfect world and never will be as long as mankind has his/her way and God is left out of the picture.
Is globalism inherently bad? No, not if it’s about fair trade practices. Man has traded across borders for thousands of years. When it destroys whole industries at home, creates massive unemployment, degrades employment, causes dependency, it does become questionable. There’s a shortage now of Children’s Tylenol, Advil, and Motrin and a continuing shortage of baby formula, computer chips, and on and on. Our president begs for countries to supply us with more oil when we have enough oil reserves right here at home to be independent for hundreds of years. Our government is drowning in either incompetence or treason.
If absolute power corrupts absolutely, and mankind remains depraved, then globalism has its venue
When globalism gets into governance, then God, if anyone’s listening, and history have much to say. It is demonic at its core. Globalism exalts man, not God. Look at those who built the Tower of Babel.
Throughout history, globalism, whether it be in the guise of Assyria, Egypt, Babylon, Medo-Persia, Greece, Rome, France, Germany, Japan, or the Soviet Union, all tend to disenfranchise citizens, are fanatically anti-liberty, destroy cultures, and people’s right to self-government. If absolute power corrupts absolutely, and mankind remains depraved, then globalism has its venue.
I included France, Germany, Japan, and the Soviet Union on purpose. France had their Napoleon that kept the whole of Europe enveloped in war for many years. Same for Asia’s Japan. Japan knew that to win the war with America they would have to dictate terms in Washington. China and the Russian Republic are still a work in progress with China becoming a clear adversary.
Many say that Hitler was an extreme nationalist. I disagree. Hitler was a globalist. You cannot say Hitler was a nationalist when he conquered most of Europe and had in his sights the rest of the world. They all start as nationalists. It’s knowing when to stop. If nationalism is about protecting ones economy, sovereignty, and security, it has its place.
Globalism throughout antiquity always exalts man and is anti-God
Russia had and still has the largest land mass in the world, but still, Stalin annexed no less than six European nations, had operatives in every major country, especially in America, working behind the scenes to disrupt and eventually destroy governments. Joseph McCarthy (R-WI) saw this, was right to act, but his methods garnered few friends. Look up McCarthyism and you will find the definition to be “unfounded accusations of subversion and treason”...nonsense. Now every traitor gets to scream ‘McCarthyism’ every time the law gets too close. The Soviet Union stopped when they couldn’t compete on the world stage with capitalism. Why there are any socialists left in the world is a mystery wrapped in an enigma.
Scripture says that Europe is made of iron and clay, partly strong, partly brittle and they will never mix. And so it has been and always will be. Even now, all across Europe, attitudes toward globalism and immigration have dropped 30, 40, and as high as 60%. ~ Cambridge University Globalism Project
Globalism throughout antiquity always exalts man and is anti-God. The only one-world government that will see any amount of success, however brief, will be the final empire which may be in the near future. It will be anti-God, require everyone to take a mark (or chip), and every financial transaction and religious observance will be controlled. Everyone will be forced to worship the government. It is much closer than anyone can imagine.
If this sounds outrageous, you are not paying attention to the World Economic Forum, The United Nations, the IMF, scores of world leaders including our own, and many NGOs and multinational corporations. They are all implicated.
What has made this globalist movement so frustrating, so demonic, and so far successful, is the media, the pundits, the justice system
What has occurred these last few years, what we are witnessing, is dark, ominous, with a definite agenda. The globalization in history is not mere trade, but conquest. The New World Order, The Great Reset is all the same, an attempt at world subjugation for our benefit, so they say.`
‘You will own nothing and be happy’ as if all our requirements at being happy can be determined by someone you don’t know. Suppose owning something makes me happy? Then what?
What has made this globalist movement so frustrating, so demonic, and so far successful, is that the media, the pundits, the justice system, and much of the political opposition have ceased to question power and authority and have joined that power and authority to misrepresent, misinform, misdirect, and abuse the trust given them.
What would have been totally outrageous just 20 years ago is becoming mainstream by those in authority, leaving common citizens scratching their heads.
Their criminality and incompetence will be exposed. They will see ultimate justice either from our institutions or from God. They should pray it does not come from God for His justice is final and absolute.
The values and aspirations of our globalist woke mob are both fleeting and brief. They deserve no place in an enduring institution, Blessed of God, paid for with the blood of heroes. When they are gone, and they will be displaced and forgotten by history, all that will remain will be a reminder of the millions of lives lost, their ill-gotten power, depravity, ineptitude, and momentary time in the artificial light when people forgot they were Americans.

We continue to urge citizens to take ownership of the responsibility to keep the Republic!
Remember, an educated and enlightened citizenry is vital for our future. As it has been written:

"If ever a time should come, when vain and aspiring men shall possess the highest seats in Government, our country will stand in need of its experienced patriots to prevent its ruin." ~ Samuel Adams, 1776
Ownership of our Republic is now the fight of our time! Keeping our Republic depends upon the genuine sense of ownership of the Land of the Free. Either this is our country, or it will belong to those who are actively seeking to take it from us. It is the same mentality that inspired someone long ago to express the sentiment that “All it takes for evil to triumph is that good people do nothing.” Efforts to take responsibility for keeping this nation a free Republic are organically occurring right now all across the nation.
