Tuesday Bulletin
FOUNDER’S MESSAGE:
As regular readers are now aware, we at the Citizens Sentinels Network have suffered through many attacks against our communication efforts, and last week we announced the most recent attack had occured last Thursday via the problems with the CPR Lifeline Advisory, a newsletter for the Coalition for a Principled Republic.
Last Thursday’s edition of the CPR Lifeline Advisory was interrupted by Google with the brief message about a “subsystem failure.” The previous Tuesday, the Citizen Voice was posted via the Google Groups messaging with much more content, but Googe sent the message that our Thursday newsletter was too large. So, between Tuesday and Thursday, the content which was permitted on one newsletter was disallowed on the other newsletter. ???
A person of common sense would realize that there may be several variables at work here. But, in addition, those who have been receiving all our Citizen Sentinels Network news publications have usually received them and they had been truncated and readers needed to click on the link as we have indicated in this actual Google directive: [Message clipped] View entire message
This would appear at the end of the truncated or clipped newsletter, both on the Substack track and the Google distribution channels. And for those who wanted to read the rest of the content, readers could read the rest. We prayed that they would see the link and then click it to read the rest of the messaging. However, the new effort from our friends at Google does not simply allow the CPR messages to be sent.
So, we have started testing the subsystem failure. On Friday, we distributed the EIPCa Newsletter over a similar batch of Google Groups and there seemed to be no problem in the distribution. On Sunday we distributed the LightWing Messages newsletter over a similar batch of Google Groups and there seemed to be no problem in the distribution. ???
So, we are unsure if the recent Google blockage is a decision that only affects our CPR Lifeline Advisory, due to the message content, or the length of the newsletter based upon data usage.
The efforts on Friday and Sunday were tests of the subsystem, to see if the issue was the amount of data usage more than our message. If readers are aware, the recent previous CPR post contained the revised “Red State Manifesto.”
This Thursday attack has initiated an internal CSN process of evaluation of our options going forward. We are now more conscious of evaluating communication efforts proceeding into the next election season, which may be the year of our last honest national elections. Definitely, so much is happening in this Cosmic Battle that the world is immersed in at this time. Thus, since the Citizen Voice is your newsletter, we are asking readers to help in this evaluation process. We asked last week in our “Emergency Bulletin” for assistance that readers would let us know if they got that message or not. The response was not what we expected. So more help is being asked of our readers. Please help us with the evaluation by completing the brief survey.
Our featured article today is written by A. Dru Kristenev, who revisits the energy issue. The article, titled: “Governors: open energy production with same authority wielded to protect the unborn,” and it provides a paradigm of State governors being courageous to step up to promote and sign legislation denying abortionists and transgender advocates the ability to kill babies and prey on children, but asks the question why state legislatures and governors are not willing to take a hard stance to save their economies? Kristenev has done a lot of homework on this issue for previous books she has written and offers this dilemma to readers. Activists should take note of these current and very real concerns.
Today’s second entry is not an article; it is a survey (ONLY 4 QUESTIONS!). Our Citizen Voice readers are being asked to answer the questions in order to help us re-examine and possibly re-invent ourselves as a relevant, responsive, and viable news source. If it turns out that there seems to be little relevance, the handwriting is on the wall. If our newsletter is only relevant or valuable in our own minds and there is little value to readers, then there is no long term value to the effort that is invested. However, if readers find value in the weekly newsletter, it may be serving some purpose and it may be worth the investment of time and energy and effort. We are only asking four multiple choice questions. It is not a test; there will be no grade at the end of the semester. 🙂 We ask that answers be honest, as it will be most beneficial if readers are as honest as possible. Governors: open energy production with same authority wielded to protect the unborn

Governors have stepped up their courage to promote and sign legislation denying abortionists and transgender advocates the ability to indiscriminately kill babies and prey on children.
Restricting access to most procedures that terminate the life of the unborn have been addressed in a number of conservative states. As well, states are taking action to pull the plug on pharmaceutical interests’ fortune-building that indoctrinates youngsters to undergo life-altering, disfiguring medical procedures.
The question is, why are state legislatures and governors willing to take a hard stance on these ethical issues but refuse to do likewise to save their economies?
Why, oh why are they not removing federal agencies from interfering with the states’ constitutional ability to produce and distribute energy
All three require the same courage to uphold the Tenth Amendment allocation of governmental oversight to each individual state and its constituents.“The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.” This is what the SCOTUS decision implemented when it overturned Roe v. Wade – Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health acknowledged the supremacy of state jurisdiction in affairs not specifically given to the federal government.
Why, oh why are they not removing federal agencies from interfering with the states’ constitutional ability to produce and distribute energy that’s imperative to safeguard their citizens’ economic survival? When considering the Ninth Amendment (and Fifth Amendment), it’s clear that rights to the people’s resources are being deprived: The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.
The administration has exceeded its legal power by creating regulations that no reality under heaven could fulfill, like demanding that automakers discontinue production of internal combustion vehicles by two-thirds by 2032, decades before an infrastructure exists to support electric vehicle dominance. This is assuming that the pipedream of a “renewables” based grid (solar and wind) could ever provide ample power for an all-electric society, because science says it can’t.
Knowing the truth that solar and wind generated power is unreliable and intermittent when non-stop power creation is required to keep an economy functioning and vital, there is no excuse for any responsible governor and legislature to capitulate to essentially illegal dictates handed down by unelected administrative agencies.
Ignoring the dire need of their citizens access to affordable energy to power their homes, businesses and cars is unconscionable. It’s time governors applied the same urgency with which they’re curtailing abortion and sexual grooming of children to the moral issue of providing economic lifelines to their constituents – energy production.
States should invoke their constitutional rights of self-determination
By taking no action, states are turning their backs on their constituents. Oval Office resident, Joe Biden, signed an executive order “embedding environmental justice into the work of federal agencies.” To be clear (as Press Secretary Jean-Pierre likes to declare,) there is no such thing as “environmental justice.” It’s a hacked-up term that is meant to create a bureaucratic umbrella under which any and every stick, stone, rivulet, cloudburst and insect can be covered as threatened by humanity, thereby creating a universal gimmick to control all facets of our lives. This massive legal encumbrance, set-up under the guise of racial, gender, economic and whatever-else-the-administration-decides-is-at-risk equity, is to “assess” when, where, what and how the “who” is to pay for inducing harm to the foregoing elements.
Making it a crime to incur pain and suffering upon the all-encompassing “environment” is what the Biden administration has designated “justice.” This alone is enough reason for states to invoke their constitutional rights of self-determination.
If, under this EO and earlier regulations, federal agencies continue to deny Americans access to affordable and readily available energy in order to force the country to accept an unrealistic “green” fairy-tale, states have no choice but to drill, mine and refine oil and coal within their borders. There’s no alternative but to blow-off EPA, Department of Energy and other regulators, and march them back to D.C. where they can rule over that ten-mile square of swamp to their hearts’ content.

Ownership of our Republic is now the fight of our time! Keeping our Republic depends upon the genuine sense of ownership of the Land of the Free. Either this is our country, or it will belong to those who are actively seeking to take it from us.
