CSN Sunday - LightWing Messages for 10/3/2021
Psalm 8 A psalm of David.
“Lord, our Lord,
how majestic is your name in all the earth!
You have set your glory
in the heavens.
Through the praise of children and infants
you have established a stronghold against your enemies,
to silence the foe and the avenger.
When I consider your heavens,
the work of your fingers,
the moon and the stars,
which you have set in place,
what is mankind that you are mindful of them,
human beings that you care for them?
You have made them a little lower than the angels
and crowned them with glory and honor.
You made them rulers over the works of your hands;
you put everything under their feet:
all flocks and herds,
and the animals of the wild,
the birds in the sky,
and the fish in the sea,
all that swim the paths of the seas.
Lord, our Lord, how majestic is your name in all the earth!
Psalm 8:1 - 9 - New International Version
In the past week, there had been some apparent mistakes in our postings that escaped editors notice; so, it is good to acknowledge the error of our ways and move on in hope that we can do better as we move onward and upward. We hope our readers could also practice forgiveness of our imperfections. With that said, a small error in the title of my message last Sunday could’ve confused some as it originally read: “Self-Evident Truths of the Illusions of Truth?” and was not meant to have one letter in a two letter word create any confusion. But, it was an “either-or dilemma” in what was intended to read: “Self-Evident Truths or the Illusions of Truth?” Words are quite important in our messaging, and one tiny letter can convey meaning or can confuse.
Secondly, the Citizen Voice Bulletin sent out this past Tuesday, had the introductory words of our Sunday message at the beginning of our edition. It was corrected when discovered, but by that time, most of the newsletters had been sent. It may have been quite odd to many readers, or many readers may just skip the introduction and move on to the “meat” of the messages. Yet, we desire to “do the right thing.” As we are simply a volunteer run and operated effort, it may be simply chalked up to “you get what you pay for.” However, our volunteers are all serious about the messaging we offer to our readers. Transparency and owning up to one’s mistakes are truly important in our lives, and our hope is that others (especially those who call themselves leaders) could be as transparent and as accountable before our Father in Heaven. It is no small thing to own up to one’s mistakes or one’s shortcomings. If more of the people of the world could do so, there would be an incredible transformation in the world -- what a concept!
Today’s message is from Apostle Tim Taylor is one who has just wrestled and claimed victory over COVID or whatever current ‘variant’ may be rampaging through the land at present. He is now moving past his personal battle with COVID and had shared some personal messaging of his as he emerged from the battle with the disease. Apostle Tim Taylor is the Founder, and overseer of Kingdom League International & the 1Church1Day strategy. He is gracious enough to allow us to share his messages on a somewhat regular basis and we are grateful.
Recently, throughout our network, there have been a number of people who have been attacked by COVID, from the East Coast with Pastor Earl Wallace and his family and congregation being hit; and our former Editor-in-Chief, Judy Palmer and her husband in North Carolina, to our current Editor-in-Chief, Eldora Palmer, as well as others in Oklahoma, like writer Rachel Toland’s husband, Spencer and Mary Mcauley and her husband, Ross. And, there are reports from other people in other states who have contracted the dismal disease and have pulled through the dark times. As Pastor Wallace had stated: “it is not a death sentence.” And it certainly is not. A readjustment of our thinking aligned with our true faith is in order. And this is what makes Tim Taylor’s message so relevant. It is good that the faith-filled pray for those who are afflicted. Prayer is just as much an ingredient in the healing process as one’s immune system and any medicine utilized to claim victory over any unwelcome infirmity. Definitely, this is a time in which the entire world needs to be covered in genuine and sincere prayer from all of our Heavenly Father’s children because we truly are one huge family under God.
The Video Views section today features a number of the usual music videos as well as thought - provoking videos about such a time as this. One video that fits with our theme today is one of the songs Susan Boyle is famous for, “How Great Thou Art.” We offer a great video from the MyFaithVotes organization in which Jason Yates interviews Brad Dacus, the founder of the
Pacific Justice Institute, a legal defense organization specializing in the defense of religious freedom, parental rights, and other civil liberties. We have also carried over from last week from Jordan Peterson in which he discusses values of civilization collapsing and the dire consequences.
There are other relevant videos in our Around the Republic feature. And, there are several more great messages from the U.S. and from around the world in Recommended Reading. If you have the time, check out all our features. But, take some time to become informed, even if you can only deal with “bite-size pieces” from time to time. We pray you will continue to educate yourselves, so you learn enough to take your stand to demand and exercise our Constitutional rights -- while we still have them!

The “Message of Light” endeavor had been part of the “David Project” that originated as a genuine inspiration from our Heavenly Father, initiated to bring Light into the dark in this time. The project developed from 2018, and as we approach our third anniversary of existence, we have formally elevated the “David Project” to the more formal “LightWing Mission,” my personal ministry, which I had announced in previous messages.
These messages are freely offered and sent to you as part of the “LightWing Mission.” Please receive today’s messages as a gift from those who care. They are only words being offered, freely; yet, some contain a deep message of faith, or a much deeper expression of heart that readers can hopefully receive into their lives. As it has been written: “Where there is no vision, the people perish: but he that keepeth the law, happy is he.” Proverbs 29:18 - KJV
May we, who are called by His name, humble ourselves (place ourselves daily in His presence with genuine humility) and truly appreciate with deepest gratitude His Mercy and His loving Grace. In return, may we truly seek His Kingdom and His righteousness in all the days we are allotted in such a time as this.

“Teach Us to Number our Days”
By Tim Taylor
9/12/2021
Some of you know we were finally impacted by the Wuhan Virus during the last weeks of August and in early September. What was most disappointing to us was that it kept us from traveling to join Sean Feucht's team at the National Mall in DC on September 11th. That being said, our convictions regarding God's word, His truth and what the adversary is doing has not changed one iota. If anything, our conviction is only more firmly resolved in the truths and warnings I've shared over the last years.
I wanted to share with you the first word I heard the Lord speak as my health returned. You see, I'd not been able to read or focus for more than two weeks but on the first morning I was able God spoke powerfully through Psalm 90. Verse 12 jumped off the page.
Psalms 90:9-17 "For all our days have passed away in Your wrath; We finish our years like a sigh. The days of our lives are seventy years; And if by reason of strength they are eighty years, Yet their boast is only labor and sorrow; For it is soon cut off, and we fly away. Who knows the power of Your anger? For as the fear of You, so is Your wrath. So teach us to number our days, That we may gain a heart of wisdom. Return, O LORD! How long? And have compassion on Your servants. Oh, satisfy us early with Your mercy, That we may rejoice and be glad all our days! Make us glad according to the days in which You have afflicted us, The years in which we have seen evil. Let Your work appear to Your servants, And Your glory to their children. And let the beauty of the LORD our God be upon us, And establish the work of our hands for us; Yes, establish the work of our hands."
We've seen evil, now Lord, in mercy, let your work appear to Your servants. Lord, let us see what You want done. Just like Moses made the tabernacle according to the pattern he saw, just like King David designed the temple that Solomon built. They saw! Your work appeared to them. We find the same pattern with Jesus. John 5:19 says, "Then Jesus answered and said to them, "Most assuredly, I say to you, the Son can do nothing of Himself, but what He sees the Father do; for whatever He does, the Son also does in like manner."
It's a Beautiful Thing to See & Obey
As we put our hands to the work, as we put our faith into action motivated by the love of God and simultaneously informed by the wisdom of God, then the beauty of the Lord begins to appear. To that we can cry like in verses 17 saying, "and establish the work of our hands for us; Yes, establish the work of our hands."
This is how we lend our lips and hands to build eternally. Using kingdom authority, we willfully choose to submit our little world, our kingdom, our will to His and as we do, we build His house and establish His will, on earth as it is in heaven.
That is a beautiful thing.
As I've contemplated this word, it caused me to think about what God showed me.
Guess what this changes at KLI? In one sense, nothing! We've been privileged to have our heavenly Father reveal to us many things regarding His will, His house, and His way and we will continue to seek to fulfill the assignment He has given. In fact, as I looked back over the last many years, especially the last three years, my conviction has only grown in that I realize how much God spoke to and through me to warn us and prepare us.
At the same time this changes everything, because wisdom teaches us to number our days. It causes me to look back and examine the impact of what Christ gave me has had upon others. I'm examining my stewardship. I'm looking at the breadth of the audience, which is small, and then I'm looking at the impact on people's lives and asking, "Father, how could I have been a better steward of what you've put within my hand?"
Therefore, in our upcoming leadership summit we'll use this question to put a demand upon our faith and ask how we can more effectively serve the marvelous group of men, women, leaders, ministers, churches/ministries whom Christ saw fit to align us in a kingdom leagued together for His purpose.
I expect God to give us wisdom and I would appreciate your prayers. I would also encourage you to take a moment and consider if you ought to take a look at the number of days you have left before you enter eternity. What has Christ assigned you? What did He show you? Time is short, eternity is long. There are rewards for how we steward our short span of life.
Psalms 39:4-5 “O LORD, make me know my end and what is the measure of my days; let me know how fleeting I am!
Behold, you have made my days a few handbreadths, and my lifetime is as nothing before you. Surely all mankind stands as a mere breath! Selah.”
Matthew 16:27 27 “For the Son of Man is going to come in his Father’s glory with his angels, and then he will reward each person according to what they have done.”
